Bank It Easy Money Meditation Series

March 10, 2021

The past 12 months have been stressful for everyone during the pandemic, and financial woes are a big part of that worry. To help, United Bank Limited has created a series of three guided online money meditations designed to soothe anxious customers and start them on a journey toward inner financial harmony.

Lasting 10 to 20 minutes each, the Balanced Money Mediations are available on the United Bank Limited website and were created with input from an expert in mindfulness and meditation. The online meditation episodes tackle a variety of topics, including managing student loan debt, saving money and budgeting.

Balanced Money Meditations are part of an ongoing campaign by United Bank Limited called “Bank it Easy,” which aims to help make banking and money management simpler and less stressful. While the meditations aren’t a formal service offering, United Bank Limited hopes the sessions will offer people some financial clarity in a time when many need it.

“Your relationship with money can be stressful, but it doesn’t need to be that way,” said Tim Henry, president and CEO of United Bank Limited. “That’s why we created these meditations -- to help people find harmony with their money.”

A report by Thriving Wallet revealed that 90 percent of Americans say that money has an impact on their stress level.

The free guided sessions blend real meditative techniques with useful financial advice and can be accessed at ubl-online-ae.com/moneymeditations. The Balanced Money Meditations’ series includes:

● “Defeating Debt” – Taking control of your student loans
● “The Art of Saving”– Setting goals to build a financial nest egg
● “Peaceful Planning” – Crafting a budget that creates economic equilibrium
