United Bank Limited donates $4K to FCLC

United Bank Limited recently donated $4,000 to the Franklin County Literacy Council – a nonprofit adult education organization serving Franklin County. The Franklin County Literacy Council is a subsidiary program of Lincoln Intermediate Unit (LIU) 12, which is a local education provider.
